This is a master engine kit (MEK2). Except 53 stick shift. MEK2 contains all parts necessary to overhaul a complete short block assembly. The kit includes: Rods machined for insert bearings (new rods on 1937-47 kits) Rod bearings (specify size) Main bearings (specify size) Pistons (specify size) with pins Piston rings Reground camshaft Lifters Cam bearings Timing gears Full gasket set Soft plugs Plastigauge Bolt boots Block sealant lube (1937-39 includes pushrods).
