This is a master engine kit (MEK1) for 216ci engines. MEK1 contains all parts necessary to overhaul a complete short block assembly. The kit includes: Rods machined for insert bearings (must send in your rods for service) Rod bearings (specify size) Main bearings (specify size) Pistons (specify size) with pins Piston rings New camshaft Lifters Cam bearings Timing gears Full gasket set Soft plugs Plastigauge Bolt boots Block sealant lube (1937-39 includes pushrods).
